Ordering Procedure

2. Please note that on top of this ordering procedure, we will stock in ready stocks for sale, meaning non-ordered, non-reserved items

Our website sells stocks as it is, all stated stocks are available unless they are sold out. This is because for each particular design, we can only bring in a few pieces due to the lack of supplies. So we work on the basic retail principle of 'first come first serve'. Thanking the support of our good customers, normally non-ordered/ non-reserved items are snapped up in a few days upon release. We always try to bring in new designs time and again, based on our marketing team's research on market trends.

So kindly understand when we say 'SOLD OUT' during enquires

3. Kindly make sure you are agreeable to the Terms and Conditions

4. Certain items are out of production (OOP) and cannot be ordered in an indefinite time frame.

5. All stocks (OOP items) shown on the website can be ordered. So please do inquire

6. As mentioned, please do not hesitate to inquire for items outside of the website. There's a good chance we are able to find them. No promises though, so don't hound us.

7. For normal pre-orders, a deposit for 50% is required; preferably via fund transfer. For non IB transfers, please keep the receipt for future cross reference if needed, till 9thdisciple have confirmed the funds has been transferred.

8. Please provide a reason if you have a good one for not able to do the deposit. Valid ones will be accepted, solely up to 9thdisciple's discretion

9. The ordering window will be opened for approximately 2 weeks, after which, due to our HUGE orders, we need some time to detail out the accounts, which may take around 9 days. Considering unforeseen circumstances, please allow leeway in the above time frame. Of course, we will not deviate far from the above time frame. Kindly understand we are not professional; adjustment of time will be done to suit buyer as much as possible, and to 9thdisciple sole discretion. If buyer is not agreeable to this, they have NO OBLIGATION in buying/ordering, whilst the pleasure of chatting with/serving the buyer is much much of 9thdisciple's.

10. Due to heavy requests from customers, 9thdisciple hath decided to flex the Ordering Procedures a little. To the common practice understanding, orders can only be taken when the ordering window is opened.

But as of now, you are welcome to place your orders any point of time, adhering to both you, the customer's and 9thdisciple's convenience (We sincerely reserve the right to reject any placement of orders)

As for the good arrival date of these orders placed outside of usual ordering window, it will be as per stipulated arrival date of respective coming order window.

11. Normal dealing is as per cash and carry, at standard business meeting place

12. Collection of arrived pre-ordered stocks, ditto above

13. In EXTREMELY RARE events where your ordered stocks are not received, a full refund of the deposit, coupled with a heartfelt apology and promised future discounts, will be given. Kindly understand this is due to extremely rare and unforeseen circumstances, and it's outside of 9thdisciple's realm of control

14. If you missed out on this time orders and your desired stocks are already sold out, please kindly wait for the next upcoming order, and refrain from being too sad

15. Please be reminded that on top of pre-ordering, you may purchase ready stocks anytime! albeit subjected to availability of course.

16. As per above reasons, there's a limit to the quantity of SOME of the particular designs that can be ordered. You know the drill. Ask. First come first serve.
