2. For normal pre-orders, a deposit for 50% is required. (via DBS bank transfer)
Sizes / designs + other questions are most welcomed at 9thdisciple@gmail.com, and will be answered to 9thdisciple's best capability at no buying obligations.

3. For pre-orders, if a deposit is made, it will not be refunded to customers who bail out of their orders; unless reasonable reasons are given, up to 9thdisciple's own discretion

4. Due to limited stocks of certain hot items, on top of first come first serve basis, priority of orders will be given to understanding and friendly buyers, together with regulars. (whitelisted)

5. In EXTREMELY RARE events where your ordered stocks are not received, a full refund of the deposit, coupled with a heartfelt apology and promised future discounts, will be given. Kindly understand this is due to extremely rare and unforeseen circumstances, and it's outside of 9thdisciple's realm of control

6. Dealing modus operandi :

• Self collect: at pre-arranged times up to both 9thdisciple and buyer's convenience. Venue will be 9thdisciple's standard meeting place.
  
• Postage : normal mail charges will be waived for small items. However, 9thdisciple will not hold responsibility of any kind for loss in mail

7. 9thdisciple reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
